Kevin has been a resident of St. Paul for 20 years now and he is happy to call it home with his wife and 5 pets. He has had a wide range of jobs during his time including driving school bus, working at the chicken plant, youth employment counsellor, liquor store manager and managing the local radio station. He currently works for MCSnet as their Business Development Manager.

Cindy brings a down to earth perspective to the Board that speaks to her experience managing her team at Canalta Hotel St. Paul. Her ability to share insight on the hospitality industry helps round out the voices at the Board level.
Brianne Greening
Director
Brianne is a dedicated resident of Elk Point & St. Paul area for 30 years, I'm deeply invested in the prosperity of our communities. My family, including my three children, and I call a beautiful acreage between Elk Point and St. Paul home. My professional journey spans 16 years in personal and business banking, culminating in my role as Branch Manager of the Elk Point ATB Financial since April 2022. In December 2024, I further expanded my connection to the area by purchasing a business in St. Paul with my son. I'm committed to actively contributing to our local growth. This dedication is reflected in my recent appointments as a board member of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce in February 2025, and President of the Elk Point Chamber of Commerce, also in February 2025. Beyond my professional and chamber roles, I'm an avid community volunteer. I currently serve as Vice President of the Elk Point & District Ukrainian Dance Club, Secretary of Elk Point Minor Ball and the Elk Point Elementary Parent Council, and a Board member of the Elk Point Municipal Library.

Christal is a dedicated wife, mother of 4, born and raised in St. Paul, and the owner of the Nest Cafe & Boutique- a community- rooted space focused on connection, wellness, and supporting local. With a strong belief in collaboration, she has grown her business to include three partners locations across Alberta. Christal is passionate about fostering opportunities for new and growing businesses, championing community-driven entrepreneurship at every level.

Edna Gervais

Edna has lived in the town of St. Paul for over 40 years. She is active in the community and has been involved with the St. Paul Chamber for several years in various roles. She has owned & managed various small businesses & believes in supporting local entrepreneurs. Edna is employed at Portage College. Fun Fact: Edna loves spending time outdoors, long walks, camping in the summer & curling in the winter.

Jordan is an Associate at Century 21 Poirier Real Estate. Jordan has called St. Paul home since 2021 when he moved from Ontario with wife and pets. Previously Jordan worked as a Provincial Probation/Parole Officer with the Ministry of Public Safety and Emergency Services. Jordan continues to be involved in the St. Paul community and growing the Chamber of Commerce.

Lauren is a dedicated business professional originally from Victoria, BC, with over 15 years of experience in business strategy and management. In May 2024, she put down roots in the rural community of St. Paul, settling on a small acreage with her partner and their two dogs. After years in the corporate world, she recognized that many small businesses were underserved and felt called to use her expertise to support them. This shift also reconnected her with a long-standing passion for community and the value it brings to both life and business.
Penny Fox

Penny Fox is the General Manager at Community Futures St. Paul/Smoky Lake. Penny has spent most of her working life working in ways that helps to build small rural communities (Municipal administration, FCSS, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development) and enjoys a wide variety of volunteer roles.She lives with her super amazing husband Ian and together they operate a side hustle Ag business. She was raised in a family business along the Rideau Canal near Ottawa before moving moved to Alberta in 1987. Since then, she has called Cremona, Falher and St. Paul home. In her spare time, you can find her getting her hands dirty in the garden or relaxing by the fire.
