The Chamber of Commerce in St. Paul - known as St. Paul and District Chamber of Commerce - was incorporated under the Federal Board of Trade Act in 1929, and the Alberta Societies Act in 1994, beginning a rich history of involvement in the community. We have served in many capacities from the 1967 Centennial UFO Landing Pad Project to regular attendance and input at the Alberta Chamber of Commerce AGM and Conference.
Our Chamber of Commerce is a local member-based not-for-profit organization, governed by the Board of Trade at the Federal level and the Societies Act at the Provincial level. The association is comprised of businesses, professionals, residents, and other community groups working together to ensure a healthy economic and socio-economic base to benefit the entire community. The Chamber exists to:
Advance existing business and support economic development initiatives
Constructively influence public policy and governments in support of a healthy business climate
Provide valuable support, tools, and programs for our members
By investing in your local Chamber of Commerce, you invest in your own prosperity - both as a business person and as a member of the community.
We will:
