The St. Paul and Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization, governed by an elected board of directors in accordance with bylaws determined by membership.  We work for you.


Board of directors

The Board of Directors of the St. Paul & District Chamber of Commerce guide the operations and the strategic direction through leadership, insight, and support. The Board is comprised of members (in good standing) who are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting, as well as an appointed representative from both the Town of St. Paul and the County of St. Paul. Our current Board of Directors as of April 14, 2021 are:

Zarowny Motors

Brent is controller and part owner of Zarowny Motors Ltd. His calm manner and quiet wit have led the chamber for the past couple of years and we welcome him back for another term.

1st Vice President

Graham Gertz

Cornerstone Co-op

Graham, General Manager at Cornerstone Co-op, is a trusted leader, who brings inspiration and focus to the Board.  A strategic and engaged Board member, Graham fills the role as the Chamber 1st Vice President who actively speaks to the vision of the Chamber.

Aaron Reid

Ideal Carpets & Interiors Ltd.

Beyond Aaron's valued knowledge in the retail sector his greatest strength is his humour.  Whether at the Board or in his role with Ideal Carpets & Interiors Ltd., his energetic and inspiring manner are contagious.


Cindy Geertsen

Canalta Hotel

Cindy brings a down to earth perspective to the Board that speaks to her experience managing her team at Canalta Hotel St. Paul.  Her ability to share insight on the hospitality industry helps round out the voices at the Board level.


Pam Warner

Boston Pizza

A busy lady juggling motherhood and managing her team at Boston Pizza, the Chamber is fortunate to have Pam join the Board.  She brings a multitude of experience with her in the restaurant and hospitality industry, as well as a background in marketing.


Beverly Lockette

Portage College

Beverly's extensive experience in management coupled with her forthright manner is a great addition to the board.






Yvon Caouette

Yvon's solid understanding of the needs of our farming community as owner of the farm implement dealer Caouette & Sons is a great asset to our board.



Ron Wirsta

St. Paul Municiapal Seed Cleaning Assoc.

Ron's extensive management experience as well as his years of farming bring a wealth of knowledge to the board.


Debra Poulin

Twisted Fork

Experienced Executive Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the writing and editing industry. Skilled in Catering, Cooking, Food Preparation, Hospitality Industry, and Team Building.

Executive Director

Diane Ellis

St. Paul and District Chamber of Commerce

Diane is new to St Paul, however not new to the Chamber world. With over 30 years Chamber experience through the three western provinces, Diane brings a strong background in Tourism, Fundraising and Advocacy. Diane is a strong team player and welcomes members and non-members to contact the chamber with any ideas that will build a better community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Looking to volunteer with St. Paul Chamber of Commerce? We are always seeking motivated individuals-entrepreneurs and go-getters-to join our Chamber of Commerce. Be fulfilled and make your voice heard as we work to achieve our mission at the St. Paul & District Chamber of Commerce. We are currently looking for volunteers in the following positions:




Become a director and make an impact in our community.  Our board members are highly valued and encourage to add their voice to how we operate. Contact us to inquire about becoming a Board Director.


Each year the St. Paul and District Chamber of Commerce holds a number of events- from workshops to the annual Rodeo Supper.  We're always looking for volunteers to staff these events.  Also, if you are a business student or looking for volunteer experience in administration we could use your help!
