The St. Paul and Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization, governed by an elected board of directors in accordance with bylaws determined by membership. We work for you.

Board of directors
The Board of Directors of the St. Paul & District Chamber of Commerce guide the operations and the strategic direction through leadership, insight, and support. The Board is comprised of members (in good standing) who are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting, as well as an appointed representative from both the Town of St. Paul and the County of St. Paul. Each year the St. Paul and District Chamber of Commerce holds a number of events- from workshops to the annual Rodeo Supper. We're always looking for volunteers to staff these events. Also, if you are a business student or looking for volunteer experience in administration we could use your help!
