This session will explore how different personalities are affected by our new virtual work environment. Based on the dichotomies of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator participants will become more self-aware on how this might be affecting them and others on their team. This will include what this means for communication as well as how this affects team development. By the
end of the session some strategies and tools will be shared that can be used to assist in team development in our virtual world.
