6:45 pm Candidates draw for speaking order.
7:00 pm MC introduces himself, the Moderator & Partners
7:05 pm Moderator – opening remarks and outline of the rules
7:10 pm Each candidate will be invited to speak for 6 minutes to state their platform.
7:30 pm Questions from the floor, in written format only, to be read by the Moderator. Candidates will have 2 minutes to answer each question addressed to them, and one minute for questions not posed directly to them.
8:30 pm Closing remarks from Candidate – 3 minutes each
8:45 pm MC – Closing remarks & adjournment
