Through the sessions will run a theme of Employee Retention; not as a strategy in and of itself but rather as a result of the inputs above. Evan will share his learnings regarding Staff Retention from a decade in the hospitality industry where staff turnover is normal, high and carefully monitored so that it does not become unhealthy.
